Beneath the Waves: Whalanquin

A creature design for the Beneath the Waves Artstation challenge. A mighty steed for The Empress! I was inspired by the planes and creatures in various Ghibli films, with their multiple flapping fins. I really liked the idea of a flowing row of fins, paddling this great creature along. Includes a palanquin seat for the Empress to ride in.
